Store Policies for All Natural Mamas & Punkin-Butt

Purchases made from both stores will be shipped to you from one location so there are never any additional shipping charges when shopping both stores! You can purchase the best of cloth diapers and natural parenting products in one convenient transaction! The two websites are essentially the same store only separated for easier navigation and understanding. Cloth diapering can be an overwhelming subject- having one site devoted only to cloth diapering products, accessories and information helps to eliminate much of the confusion...or so we hope!

We make every attempt to provide excellent service and products. If you feel that you have received anything less, please contact us to let us know so that me might rectify the matter.

Payment Methods

Online:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card.
We do not process your credit card completely at the time of your order; only a preaproval is run. A temporary hold will be placed on the funds at the time of the preaproval. Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be processed for the actual total of the order including any changes made by the buyer or Punkin-Butt/All Natural Mamas due to out of stock items.

PayPal (*ALL credit cards, debit cards & online checks can also be processed through PayPal, just  click here for your FREE account with PayPal to purchase!)

Your credit card or PayPal account will read a charge by Punkin-Butt.

Off-line: 

Cashier's checks & money orders - no cash please. Personal Checks are approved on a case- by-case basis and may require a delay in your shipment.

If you feel more comfortable giving your credit card number over the phone you may also do this by choosing an offline payment option and calling us at 661-755-5009.

As you check out, choose one of these off-line payment options. When you submit the order, an copy of your order is sent to us. All you have to do is complete the payment process by one of the above options.

 

Orders & Shipping Policies

Phone orders are received from 9 am - 5 pm (PST) Monday-Friday

Due to the high quantity of fraudulent orders using international addresses, we are no longer accepting international orders. Canadian orders are the exception to this however, orders will only be shipped via UPS in order to ensure proper tracking. Thanks for your patience!

Online orders are received 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and are typically processed the next business day. Although the site will 'take' an order on Saturdays and Sundays, they will not be processed until the following business day.  Orders may also be placed on our voice mail at 661-755-5009.

All orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days from the date of your order, unless an item in your order has been backordered. This means that if you place an order on a Wednesday, your order will ship as early that Thursday or as late as the following Wednesday. Typically orders go out within 2 days but we cannot always forsee a surge in orders or other delays.

'Back orders' & 'Out of stocks'
Our ordering system has the ability to keep an inventory tally of products but it does have a mind of it's own at times! If for some reason you are allowed to order an item that is out of stock or back ordered, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. Depending on the status of the item in question, your order will be handled in one of the following manners:

'Back order' This is when an item that we currently carry and reorder on a regular basis is not available to ship to you. If an item is backordered, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. Often, the item is in transit and will only delay things by a day or two. But if we cannot fill your order within the above timeline, we will ship as much as your order as possible. The backordered item(s) will either be cancelled from your order or shipped upon receipt at our expense. If we are, for any reason, unable to contact you prior to the shipment of your incomplete order, we will make of note on your invoice and/or notify you by email or telephone. If you do not want your order to ship incomplete, please note this in your comments.

'Out of stock' This pertains to seasonal or clearance products that are not in stock and we will not be reordering in a timely manner. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. The remaining items will be shipped to you in the above timeline, the out of stock merchandise removed from your order and a full refund will be provided. This refund will take into account the actual cost to ship the remainder of your order. If you do not want your order to ship incomplete, please note this in your comments.

Shipping Methods

We will ship UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). 

We will not be responsible for any package once it has shipped.  If you are concerned about it arriving you can request that your package to be insured.

Shipments with UPS (United Parcel Service) are automatically insured and included in the shipping estimate. If you choose UPS, you will also be emailed automatically with a tracking number upon the shipment of your order We strongly recommend shipping through UPS as we have found them to be a much more reliable shipping service.

USPS First Class is available for those customers who are purchasing small items like Snappis, pins etc. We do not recommend using First Class for orders over $10 because we will not guarantee them. Mail gets lost all of the time and there are no reliable ways to prevent this other than using UPS who tracks all shipments and insures them. Orders over $25 will not be shipped USPS First Class; if USPS FC is chosen as the shipping choice on an order totally over $25, you will be contacted with UPS ground shipping costs. Be advised, this will delay your order by 2-5 days.

Rush shipping and processing

If you choose a shipping method other than UPS Ground or USPS Priority, this means that your shipping method only will be expidited. If you need rush processing, please contact us to let us know. Typically, we will take note when a rush shipping method is chosen and we get your order processed ASAP.

Rush shipping on special orders is not guarenteed. If your order is parcially a special order and you need rush shipping, it is best to do two separate orders.

Free Shipping & Prepaid Shipping

In the event that free shipping is offered, we will be sending your order via UPS ground or other non expetited shipping method of our choice. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at mamas@punkinbutt.com to let us know. We will then let you know your options and payment choices.

Free shipping promotions are only applicable to orders being shipped within the continental US. Contact us at mamas@punkinbutt.com for discount details for orders outside of the continental US.

At times, certain products are advertised as having "FREE SHIPPING". This means that our shopping cart will not take this product into consideration when calculating shipping fees. If you order other products you will only be billed for the shipping cost of these items.

Samples with prepaid shipping or shipping included are set up the same way as our free shipping products. You will only be charged for shipping if you order other products. Samples will be sent to you via USPS First Class or Parcel Post.

Special Orders Policy

There are items that we do not maintain in our inventory that we would be happy to order for you at no additional cost.  These are considered Special Orders.  Any items indicated as Special Orders will take up to 4 weeks for receipt and delivery and this time estimate is just that, only an estimate and not a guarantee. Any additionaly wait beyond the above quoted time will not warrant any compensation except at the discrection of Punkin-Butt/All Natural Mamas. If it is possible for us to cancel the order, we will of course give you this option if the amount of time exceeds what is considered acceptable by both the buyer and Punkin-Butt/All Natural Mamas.

Special orders will always stipulate a minimum purchase amount and must be paid for in advance. Since these items are not normally carried in our inventory and are being Special Ordered for you, the customer, they cannot be cancelled in the event that you change your mind. So we ask that you please make certain when placing your Special Order that  it is exactly what you desire.

Rush shipping on special orders is not guaranteed. If your order is partially a special order and you need rush shipping, it is best to do two separate orders.

Discount Code Policy

If you have a discount code, please enter it on your shopping cart page at the time of purchase. You must type it in exactly how it is written on your coupon as each code is case sensitive. Coupon codes are termed 'customer codes' by our shopping cart and are to be entered on the page that itemizes your order and allows you edit the contents of the cart. If you forget to use your code at the time you place your order, you have 24 hours to contact us to redeem your refund. We are sorry, but beyond 24 hours, we will not accept any discount codes.

Privacy Policy & Secure On-Line Ordering

Punkin-Butt is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe and secure on-line purchasing option.  Our shopping cart receives your credit card information through a secure, encrypted,  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment gateway. 

We will never sell any of your information to others.  We DO NOT SPAM but we will occasionally send out a newsletter with the option to unsubscribe.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please inspect your products and try them on your baby before using. Returns or Exchanges are only accepted on unused and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. In other words, RESALABLE product. Returns must be made within 30 days from shipment of product and will be subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee and no reimbursement will be made of initial shipping charges.  Any Diaper Packages that initially included FREE SHIPPING will have the same shipping fees subtracted from the total returned amount along with the additional 10% restocking fee. Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to process.

International Shipping is allowed an additional 10 days (40 days total) for returns.   If returning one of our diaper packages that offered Free Shipping, the shipping will be deducted along with the re-stocking fee when the return is processed.  All returns will be processed within 3 days (72 hours of receipt).

Product that is returned to us in any other condition that stated above will not qualify for a refund and will be held until shipping arrangements and payment is made by the returnee.  

Defective products are of course the exception. Though we try to ensure high quality control, there are times when products with flaws may slip through. Please contact us at mamas@punkinbutt.com regarding defective merchandise immediately so that we can replace it. . Please do so prior to returning defective products.  There are times when the product use instructions need to be clarified in order for the product to be effective. If you have purchased diapers with snaps, please inspect the snaps carefully as you would any baby garment for safety. Defective snaps are guaranteed by the manufacturers for one year.  Defective snaps will be fixed, not replaced by the manufacturer. Please contact us for return instructions.

Abnormal shrinkage is not considered a defect. All of the products and fabric are tested thoroughly for shrinkage prior to production.  

Cancellations We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your order. If your order has not shipped, a cancellation is possible. We will, however, retain the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover the costs of your transaction and refund. If your order has already shipped then you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee as per above.

Errors in your order Should you find that there is an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the matter. We will send you the correct product along with a return envelope with postage paid. Any errors discovered after the use or washing of the item, will not be replaced expect at the discretion of Punkin-Butt/All Natural Mamas so please inspect your order carefully. Any error not reported within 30 days of shipment will not be replaced except at the discretion of Punkin-Butt/All Natural Mamas so please inspect your order carefully. Any errors known but not reported within 30 days will receive no compensation. We can only fix what we know about so please contact us as soon as possible and let us rectify the matter promptly.

Your Responsibility

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY!
We will reimburse any shipping costs incurred if you are returning product that is defective or if we made an error in fulfilling your order. On the other hand, we will not reimburse any of your return shipping costs if the error was not on our part.  This includes the return of cloth diapering packages that offered Free Shipping.  The shipping amount will be deducted along with restocking fees when the return is processed.
